What we collect

When you sign in with Google we receive your Google id, email, name and profile picture. We never see or store your password.

While you learn we store your audit answers, competency profile, lesson progress, sandbox submissions, quiz results and certificates.

For payments we store only the payment reference, amount and status. Card data is processed entirely by the payment gateway and never passes through our platform.

Why we use it

To assemble your learning path, grade your work, issue your certificate and display your public passport if you choose to publish it. We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.

AI grading

Sandbox submissions are sent to a language model (via Vercel AI Gateway) to be scored against the lesson rubric. Do not include sensitive personal data in tasks; healthcare lessons explicitly require anonymised patient information.

Storage and security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest on Vercel infrastructure (Frankfurt). The owner dashboard is restricted to owner accounts only.

We keep your data while your account is active. You can request full deletion at any time.

Request a copy or deletion of your data through the contact address on the site; we respond within 7 working days.
